Kelsey McCarty is a sophomore at Colorado State University majoring in watershed science.  Kelsey will receive the award and a check for $1,000 at the Forum's 11th Annual Meeting in Fort Collins, Colorado, on September 22, 2009.  We welcome Kelsey to the Forum team and look forward to working with her over the next year in protecting and preserving our most precious resource, water....
